CREATING A SANCTUARY ON YOUR DOORSTEP

About

Laura is a professional garden designer based in York and North Yorkshire who brings together deep plant knowledge, hands-on design expertise, and a passion for wildlife to transform outdoor spaces into personal sanctuaries.

As a pre-registered member of the Society of Garden and Landscape Designers, she approaches every project with a contemporary, creative eyeβ€”crafting gardens that are beautifully considered, functional, and truly lived in.

Laura specialises in working with clients who are settled in their forever home but whose garden does not yet reflect the life they want to enjoy there. Her designs blend personality, practicality, and a sense of calm, helping you create an outdoor space that finally feels like home.

She creates gardens that:

  • Foster a deeper connection with nature

  • Are manageable and offer a calming, restorative feel

  • Bring interest and delight throughout the seasons

  • Provide peaceful spaces to enjoy life’s small luxuriesβ€”your morning coffee, a quiet book, or a well-deserved glass of wine
